For Rubber Hoses
Mandrels
By bending, welding, and combining complicated-shaped round solid bars with a high degree of accuracy, even when it is mechanically difficult, we can form mandrels with desired shapes.
Since most of the processes are done in-house, we can offer short lead times while guaranteeing a precise product with our 3D measuring instruments.

Bending of Deformed Pipes
Cabin Frame
Our unique technologies allow us to bend pipes with complicated cross-sectional shapes at a high level of accuracy to get a product with no winkles or irregular bending angles. We also use laser cutters to drill holes of complicated shapes on the bent pipes.

Pipe Fabrication
Hydraulic Piping
Our proprietary production equipment allows to shape hydraulic pipes in any way our customers need. For efficient multi-type, small-volume productions, we cover the entire processes from cutting to final processing, including bending, assembly welding, etc.

Exhaust Piping
Large diameter pipes tend to have wrinkles at the bent area, and the conversion of the adjustment values can be difficult. We use our own expertise for high-precision bending to control wrinkles, and our highly versatile production line is also available for small quantity production or prototyping.

How Pipe Wall Thickness Changes
Stress Diagram in Pipe Bending
You need to take several factors into consideration for pipe bending such as bending radius, materials (esp, SUS, high-tensile steel plates, etc.), and more.
Pipe Bending Methods | How Pipe Wall Thickness Changes |

Compression Bending
What happens to wall thickness in press bending
A pipe is bent while getting pressed. This method is effective for the materials that are hard to expand as the tensile force outside of the materials is small. Products that require thin wall bending or small radius bending can also take advantage of this method. On the other hand, wrinkles tend to occur as the inside material is compressed, and adjustment is difficult.
Draw Bending & Stretch Bending
What happens to wall thickness in stretch bending
A pipe is bent while getting stretched. Wrinkles and springback hardly occur as the inside material of the pipe has less buckling. On the other hand, materials that are hard to expand may fracture as the tensile force outside of the material gets bigger.
