We specialize in the in-house production of mandrels for rubber hose manufacturing, offering fast turnaround and high accuracy. With over 1,200 mandrel types and 168 bending molds in stock, we support rapid prototyping—even for complex, space-constrained engine components.
Our non-contact 3D measurement system ensures precise inspection without the need for jigs. Only part data or drawings are required to get started—ideal for custom development and engineering trials.
We work with carbon steel (S45C), stainless steel (SUS304), and aluminum magnesium alloy (A5056), and support mandrel diameters from φ2.8 to φ37, with bend radii from R10 to R100, in 0.1 mm pitch increments.

With nearly all processes handled in-house, we ensure short lead times and consistent quality.
